Everything was truly terrible. The bed felt like sleeping on a sheet of metal — unbelievably hard. The pillows were awful. The air conditioner made an extremely loud noise, like a truck engine, and we had to sleep all night with that noise. They provided only one shampoo and no conditioner at all. There was no proper duvet cover; they had wrapped the duvet inside a bedsheet. The sheet they used to make the bed was torn, and I had to touch it with my hands after it had clearly been dragged on the floor where everyone walks — it was a disgusting feeling. We stayed for two nights, and they did not clean or make up the room even once. They only left two towels and that was it.

The room was good. We really liked the basement parking. The maid service was inconsistent. One day they didn’t come at all and another day they didn’t give us towels. The water pressure in the shower was poor. Every day when we returned to the room the key wouldn’t work. So every day we had to get a new key. Breakfast was mediocre. Considering the price was so low, we did not have high expectations, so all in all the hotel worked out ok. The staff at the front desk was helpful.

So here is the thing! The reviews had me sold but when I got there, the place was not in tip top shape at all. Meaning, the signs for the units were written on painters tape with sharper. I think it was undergoing maintenance or some renovations but there was so many workers through the weekend I went working. The morning was the worse as they started like at 8:00 in the mornin on a Saturday. There was a $20 parking pass fee as well, which I did not expect and had to pay if I wanted to safely store my car. Overall I would say look somewhere else if you want a nice stay, this isn’t the place.
