A quaint seaside town, there are many beaches on its doorstep to bask in all day long. Whether you’re a swimmer or a surfer, you will love the protected waters of Killick Beach, also just a short drive away. A National Surfing Reserve, it has drawn surfers in droves since the 1950s with one of the longest point breaks in Australia. To watch the blue seas disappear into the horizon, explore Arakoon National Park or Hat Head National Park for superb views across over the ocean.
