Everything was great until we checked out. We had an early morning flight on 7/25. We left the hotel at 3:45am. We scheduled a hotel shuttle pickup to the airport the night before. The shuttle pulled out of the parking garage, drove right past us, and left us standing in front of the hotel. The driver told the front desk rep he’d be back in 20 minutes. We had a flight to catch and couldn’t wait so we had to order an Uber. At that time of the morning, the uber cost is surged, so it was $25 to go to the airport across the street. Very very very frustrating!

Loved the pool area ! Loved that it was wide and spacious for my kids…the rooms were clean and had good space.

This is walking distance to disneyland. The staff is amazing. The pool and the rooftop lounge is great if you want to watch the fireworks and have a cocktail.

Short walk to Disney entrance, plenty of eateries. Did extensive research, glad opted for this hotel definitely recommend it

We've been here several times now, and this was probably the best time we've had. Adrian from the parking service and bell hop did a great job providing service
