I arrived late got a room day off for $111. Online said $89 but when i arrived there wre added taxes and parking fee $24. Office staff gjrl helpful. Checked in. 24 hr coffee in lobby. Got room key but i didnt like the location. They put me in back of hotel. By street. There were sketchy people. Room mid to low. Barely clean floor saw hair. Showere ok . now here the kicker. I ordered a non smoking room king. The room completely smell of smoke cigarette. I had to leave my window closed safety issue so i had smoke air circulating allll night with fan. Gross. I could not sleep. Room pretty basic. Sheets ok smelled ok. I wore socks though. Checkout u have to give card back personally no drop off. Wont stay here again.

The water in the bathroom sink had absolutely no pressure. It just trickled out. Didn’t complain because we weren’t there for the water lol. Shower pressure was fine. Beds were good. It didn’t have a microwave in the room but one in the lobby. Overall a nice place. I would stay again. Had a problem with the first room had it changed quickly with no problem.

The area on the walls where you would take your towels out were filthy full of dust dirt and hair. The lobby had a huge gross spilled down the hallway that was there for two days and a broken McDonald’s hot mustard by the pool area that was there for 24 hours. It was gross. The staff is extremely rude.

The staff was nice but the property I looked dirty. At first glance in the rooms, they seem to be clean. But yeah, when you pull back your bed sheets, there was sand still in the sheets, because they were never changed from the previous guest. The bathroom had urine stains on the toilet, and there were dead bugs in the tub that had never gotten cleaned down from previous guests.

The gal at the check in desk was congenial at first, but when we voiced our issues with our room and the toilet not flushing, her demeanor changed and was less than helpful. At first we were told that the entire property was sold out and facilities personnel weren’t onsite, and couldnt offer a plunger at the least. Finally she was able to “find” a room, at the top floor, smoking room. At this point we were tired and drove nearly 10 hours with a toddler, and just wanted to rest. The room was awful, aside from the smoke smell, the faucet barely worked, and the mirror in the bathroom was faded and clearly needed to be replaced. It was obvious the room was not being maintained very well. This will be our first and last time staying here. This place is really a definition of a roach motel.
