The staff were very pleasant and sought to be a helpful as possible. That being said, they let us know on arrival that rooms are only cleaned every other day - that should have served as a warning about what lay ahead. We were quite disturbed to find a syringe wrapper in the sheets of our freshly made bed on day two, and notified the front desk immediately. They were apologetic but, let's be honest, that is horribly unacceptable. As well, the cleaning was subpar beyond that. There was dust and cobwebs along the base of our beds, which shows that cleaning was done to very minimal standards. The only redeeming features of this hotel are the friendliness of the staff and the proximity to Disney parks.

I don't think the customer should be charged for parking . I guess since it's close to Disneyland that could be the reason why they charge for parking . Overall for it to be a motel 6 this is the best motel 6 I have seen in quite some time

Check in was easy. Hotel is in a great location for freeways, restaurants, and Disneyland. We walked to Disney in the mornings quite easily. Took us about 15 minutes. At night, when our legs felt like they were gonna fall off, an Uber ran us about $12. Totally worth it. That is about all that is good. The rooms are quite noisy. The toilet flushing will suck your life away if you sit and flush. It will also wake the rooms around you it's so loud. Oh, and there's no actual door for the bathroom so that's fun. Hope you like pooping in front of people. The shower head is corroded with calcium buildup so only half of the little holes work. The ones that do work, spray the water everywhere. Be sure to close the shower curtain BEFORE turning on the shower. The water is only mildly warm in the mornings. But actually super hot at off peak times. The sink faucet is horrible. Almost impossible to wash your face or brush teeth without getting water everywhere. The towels leave little fuzzies all over my body. That's annoying. The AC only goes down to 70 which just isn't cold enough for a woman going through menopause. There is no safe. There is a mini fridge. They do have a little store on site. I only bought water which happened to be more spendy than Disney. Didn't know that was possible. All in all, you get what you pay for. I was glad for a bed and a hot shower (at night) after very long park days. This hotel was convenient and it reminded me why I'm a hotel snob.

This is our favourite hotel to visit when going to Disneyland. This was our second visit in the last 6 months! We love how friendly the staff are and how affordable it is. I absolutely love the modern rooms, it is so nice to have hardwood flooring in a hotel. During our days off from the park, it is easily walkable to Downtown Disney, which is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. We will be back again for our future Disneyland visits!!
