The entire staff was extremely courteous and professional. There was a small issue with my mattress but Motel 6 Staff immediately rectified the situation. Thanks Motel 6.

Dirty and smelly room

First of all, the receptionist was not there when we arrived, eventually she arrived. As she asked for our IDs, she also asked our minor to provide an email, which they have no business of asking. Upon opening our room door, we noticed a stinky smell (left over food or greasy surface type of smell), then upon entering we noticed dirty and sticky floors, food residue on the table, the sheets were not fresh, there were human long hair and dirty spots on, and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. We had wet napkins in our car, we did use those to clean the table, and some spots on the floor, the napkins turned black, obviously these surfaces were not cleaned for long time. The next morning as we were leaving we decided to get some coffee for the road, even coffee was bad, weak and not tasty. Would not recommend this motel to anyone!

The customer service is amazing Rosa is amazing! Every time I stay the staff is always very accommodating. Rooms are clean and also the laundry area is very clean which is a plus. I would definitely recommend this facility.
