The hotel itself is comfortable, very conveniently located near the Toy Story shuttle, and the family that runs the hotel is very kind and accommodating. Our past two stays however there have been extremely disruptive guests right below us. Over Halloween there was a group that took 3 or 4 rooms directly below us and there was a violent fight that broke out and plus disruptive activity throughout the entire evening. My husband and I adore this hotel and will still give it another shot

We stayed here for our Disney trip, easy 12mins walk to the park, lots of dinning options right outside the hotel. Staff was so nice to accommodate putting my rooms close to each other! I do wish it was cleaner before we arrived, there was a dead bugs on the floor, and dried up goo on the photos above the beds and there were stains on our sheets. Our bathrooms had no toilet paper or showering essentials. The pros I had for this was the easy check in, AC was AMAZING & free parking. I would still come back because it’s still a convenient hotel if you want a walkable distance and not overly priced like the other ones.

Was a great location next to Disney, totally walkable after a whole day at Disney. A bit dingy but wasn’t unclean. Wished we had a lamp or consistent lighting. But overall we got what we paid for .

Terrible experience

This was very close to Disneyland, but was very sketchy. There were people screaming all night. The doors didn’t lock properly. There was a cockroach in the bathroom a terrible experience overall.

The property from the outside looks a bit rundown to be honest, but the property is clean, and I felt totally safe as a solo traveler. It was easy to park, the staff/owner were very sweet. It was a convenient walking distance to shops, dinning, Disneyland, and the start of the race I was in 2 blocks over. You can tell they took care renovating and keeping up the room.

Go-to budget friendly stay!

This is our go to, budget friendly in walking distance of Disneyland. No frills but comfortable and near amenities like Toy Story shuttle, food & convenience stores.

Pleasant stay at little boy blue

Had a pleasant stay for three nights. The family that runs the hotel was kind. Free parking during our stay, twelve dollars on the day we checked out and were still going to the park. Only thing would be there is a lack of closet space, no iron, and I would recommend bringing your own towels and body wash.

It looked like the room they gave me was never clean! The bed sheets were stained, the fridge was dirty, the shower was also dirty. The worst part was that the toilet bowl had old blood stains running down to the floor! That’s not just dirty it’s unsanitary! I know this is a motel but that doesn’t justify these horrendous conditions.
