The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I travel with my daughter.Overall it was very cleaned and the valet guys super friendly. The only thing that was confused was the wifi. When I booked it said the wifi was free and when I try connecting it said I had to pay a fee daily. It was super annoying because I was try to changed my flight and I had to go outside to do it.

The room was great. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Valet is very expensive. They said it was $70 a night, but itis actually $80 with taxes. When I asked about a self-park option, the valet guy said there is a lot, but they charge by the hour. I found out that the lot charges $30 a day. I would have parked there if the valet had been honest. The bathroom tub is a MAJOR hazard. The level of the tub is 6-8 inches higher than the floor. Not realizing this, I slipped and fell while getting out of the bath and sustained a pretty serious injury. The breakfast at Tocca Ferro was very subpar and overpriced. The food was not good. The service was also not good on both days we dined there. I was overcharged by the restaurant and the valet on my final bill, so now I have to call and sort it out with accounting. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.
