The front desk staff were very rude. Not helpful. When I checked in, the front desk clerk was talking to a co worker about personal stuff and I literally had to wait for them to finish their convo before I was helped.The room was near the freeway and it was very noisy throughout the night, no rest!

Staff was not helpful at before check in, seemed upset that I bothered her. I had assumed parking was free, it was not. I tried to use the laundry, the machine ate half of my quarters. Staff was not helpful. When I came back, machine had reset, so I needed stull more quarters. Finally took my soap covered clothes to a nearby laundromat. Night staff at front desk were friendly and helpful, however.

My room smell musty there were bugs flying everywhere, some were dead in the bathroom, the pillow had dead bugs on it, the tub is rusty, We didn’t stay, we checked out the same day and went to another hotel.

Traslados convenientes desde y hacia aeropuerto

El shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto funcionaron de maravilla, incluso siendo el último de recogida desde el aeropuerto a las 10pm al encontrarme en terminal 7 pasó alrededor de 10:22pm así que tengan paciencia que incluso dentro del aeropuerto hay trafico. La señorita del check in fue muy amable.
