I didn’t stay. I left as soon as when I got in the room. It was nasty then I just checked out. I told him I have to leave plus, they was charging for the parking space and the room plus the hotel really not good someone to stay in.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Stay I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. It felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than being welcomed. There was no kettle in the room, and shockingly, no service available to make tea or even a proper coffee. For a hotel, that’s just basic hospitality, and it was completely lacking. To make matters worse, we weren't even allowed to have a drink by the pool — despite it being over 30 degrees outside. In hot weather, being denied water or refreshments poolside is not only unreasonable, it’s borderline negligent. Would absolutely not recommend this place. Poor service, poor amenities, and a complete lack of care for guest. Already requested refund but since then i did not heard anything back from Expedia which is very disappointing as well.

When we walked in we were greeted by swarms of flies. The property is run down and it shows its age. Also the “view” from our room was a giant pile of garbage outside. Not the best stay but I guess you get what you pay for.

They said parking was free while we unloaded our luggage, but when we left our luggage in the room and pulled out, they charged us $6 because 15 minutes had passed. There were also cockroaches in the room. We had to leave early in the morning to go to the airport. Please refund the parking fee and my money.
