Staff was kind, but they are very busy (understandably so!). Yes. There is a shuttle service. It costs 10 dollars per passenger, and leaves every hour at the hour (I can't remember when service starts). You are very close to the airport, so I would recommend to check Uber first and compare the price/effort, especially if you can split up the cost with others My room was clean visually, but I personally couldn't stand the smell of dirty mop. I am a bit sensitive with smells. So keep that in mind
