Après de longues heures de voyage, la dame n’était pas à son poste, après quelques minutes et 2 autres clients après nous, nous avons dû sonner pour qu’elle apparaisse au comptoir… oui il y’a un écriteau qui mentionne de sonner mais quand même. Demander l’heure de fermeture pour le outlet, l’information n’était pas exacte. Puis nous avons débarqué nos valises à la chambre. La toilette était vraiment malpropre. Pris en photo et montrer cela à la dame, nous avons changé de chambre. Nous étions fatigués. La dame était désolée et vouloir nous promettre un dédommagement par la suite (crédit), ce qui n’a pas été fait.

The noise level from the road felt like I was sleeping in the parking lot. I didn't sleep all night, my two friends had the same experience in their rooms. There were no curtains on the windows, just blinds, so the room was lit up all night from the outdoor lights. I would not recommend the hotel!!

I didn't like two things. 1. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room. You had to go to the front desk to request one. 2. This is the big one: when we left we had to take our trash out to the dumpster!! WHAT HOTEL CHAIN MAKES YOU DO THAT????

The room was a good size, and the bed comfortable. The assist handle in the bathtub was missing, it looked as if something had been put in the tub and it was not properly cleaned. The tub drain was clogged and particles came up into the tub as the tub filled. There was a lip under the counter top in the bathroom sink that showed what appeared to be mold which had been over looked while cleaning. And the chair in the room, though comfortable, was very worn and ratty looking. I took some photos however the feature on this review page won't allow me to upload them.

Unfortunately, our visit was less than ideal. It took over 30mins for us to check in despite being the only patrons there. There was an issue with one of the staff members that left us locked out and waiting for a room late at night. Beyond apologizing, there was no recognition of the inconvenience. Once we finally received a room it was on the top floor and the entery light wasn't working. After making our way in, and turning on a light by the bed, we could see the chair next to the bed was so worn it had holes in the armrests. There was a large scratch (~2ft long) mark on wall against were the chair was placed. The room had all of the advertised accommodations for having an "extended" stay, however besides that, this room was no better that a Motel 6. Oh and the advertised "free breakfast" was just Nutragrain bars....nothing else...no fruit, no simple pastries...just Nutragrain bars. I guess it was good that we really only needed the room to sleep one night before driving back home, however I expected better. If I had known, I would have spent a few extra dollars to at least get a real breakfast at a different hotel.

There was no bedding in our room so we had to call and have it brought up. And the internet would keep crashing at random times for hours at a time. The longest being 10hrs so we had to purchase hotspot through our phone company to have internet in our room.
