I had a very unpleasant and frustrating experience at this hotel. In the morning, there were only about three minutes of hot water for my shower. The toilet ran nonstop. I had upgraded to a room with a mini fridge and microwave, but the first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking. In the second room, the microwave was broken. I requested at least a partial refund for the upgrade, but was denied. I will not stay here again.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Room was filthy and had obviously been smoked in, only the bed linen was changed everything else appeared to have gone ignored for quite a long while. Mattress felt hard as a rock! When I mentioned these things at the front desk they didn’t seem to care.

Not the worst place we've stayed.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful but the room bordered on gross. The bathroom looked dirty and there was what looked like a spill of something whitish on the rug and the bed by the bathroom. The beds have seen better days. There was no bad smell in the room. Good location though.
