A good location in Middleton. Great rate. Spacious room. The cons would be that hard. TV in the living area did not work. We tried to call down to the desk, but our phone didn’t work as well. The only satisfaction we received was will put a work order in and they’ll look at it tomorrow. That doesn’t exactly solve a problem when you’re only staying one night. The breakfast was tasty however, the two people who were handling the area or slow. We had to ask for silverware, plates, more hot food, etc.. There are quite a few good options in the Middleton area so I’m not sure we would stay here again.

Sheets were not changed and disgusting. Told the front desk immediately and was given new bedding. No one offered to change them. I certainly didnt want to touch the dirty ones. The person at the front desk was very kind about it but told to contact the property manager for compensation as he couldnt do anything. I emailed the manager and still haven't heard back. I was in town for an event and ended up driving back home 4.5 hrs instead of staying the rest of the weekend. I was too grossed out.

This is our third stay at this hotel this year. The check-in process was quick, and the hotel consistently provides a comfortable experience. However, while breakfast was included, it was disappointing and lacked flavor, leaving much to be desired.

We loved our stay! The basketball court outside was well maintained and lit at night, pool was nice, staff was awesome, breakfast had a lot of good options. The room was clean and quiet! Great place to stay, can’t say enough about it.

Good business trip stay

This was a good place to stay, especially for someone like me who needs the option to prepare their own food. The bed was comfortable, the room had a bathtub (great for after a long day), and the dishes and utensils were adequate. Shopping is available not far away, so it was easy to get groceries and such. For most of my stay, it was very quiet, and I barely saw anyone else (my room was near a rear entrance, and parking was available right outside). A family got a room nearby the last day I was there, and I was able to hear them quite clearly whenever they were in the hallway, so clearly the hotel was just not very busy during the week. I was a bit disappointed that I only got housekeeping once instead of twice as requested, but it didn't cause me any actual problems, and I was happy with my stay aside from that. I will be staying there again next time I have to be in Middleton.

I left iPhone charger and another cable for charging headphones on the kitchen counter. After calling to the hotel front desk twice and finally was told they didn’t have my chargers. Can you believe what you were told? So this place is nothing but an unsafe hotel. Will never ever choose any residence inn from now on!
