Our stay was quick as we were meeting family to get our grand dog for the Holiday. We checked in and had a small hiccup with the pet fee. We were triple charged but they made it right. The room was okay. It was a “pet friendly” which means a downgrade. The room smelled a stained bathroom still had hair and dirt in the corners. We liked being on the first floor however you could hear everything! From traffic, people upstairs, the doors opening and closing hard, people talking all night… we didn’t sleep good at all. Breakfast was decent. Definitely a tiny area to get your breakfast and try to sit and eat. Probably won’t be staying here again when we meet again.

We had a good stay! It was near Carrabba’s so we had food in walking distance. It would have been nice to use dining area to sit and play cards or eat our take out food.

My vehicle was 1 of 6 vehicles vandalized at this property. After calling the authorities, the hotel manager was called at 5am to access the security footage. The manager had no sense of urgency and didn’t arrive until well after 10am. There was no attempt to notify any of the victims of the vandalism. After the authorities viewed to surveillance footage with the manager, he refused to come out of the office to address the victims, not even to offer an apology. One guest contacted the local news to report the incident. The hotel manager called the police to have the news reporter removed from the premises.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was full of choices and well attended. We had a pet and the proximity of walking and potty was very accommodating and safe.

The bathroom door in 212 was very hard to shut. The floor seemed like it had a hump in it that was causing the door to stick
