We had to check in at the hotel next door ice machines were not working which again had to go next door for. Elevator hallways and stair case wasn’t the best kept. Room was decent at best. Overall average stay would stay again to say the least

The property is very out dated. The walls need repaired and painted. The toilet was sluggish and the tank lid was for a different model and didn’t fit. It There was hair in the hotel room and it smelled like urine. Upon entry no one was working the lobby of the hotel and had to check into sister motel. Not worth the price paid to stay here.

There was lots of mold in the room. The breakfast was mostly cold and there was mold on the pancakes. It was so gross.

G The pics looks great but the property needs a lot of paint, carpets cleaned. Drywall patches. Bathroom in 310 needs gutting. Toilet flushes weird. Caulk around shower is terrible, the tub is so old it has a stopper that isn’t connected . I’ll never stay here again. I had no idea I could have commented with photos or would have done so

Hotel was old in need of repairs overall cleanness was very poor. When entering the room had the smell of weed. Check in reception man was very nice and polite.

The room was very nice and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was good also.

Bathroom shower rod was broken, shower control fell off while turning it, phone in room didn’t work at all, stain of bed comforter, brownish stains on curtain, sheets scratchy, patches all over walls and big stain on ceiling, and enamel peeling off tub.

Shower rod holders were crumbling, so rod bowed down instead out out making the curtain hang only in the middle

The bed was uncomfortable. Check-in took way too long and the person who was doing it appeared to have been asleep when we got there. We waited over five minutes for someone to even show up to do it. Parking was a joke and not convenient to the hotel. Multiple spaces were taken up by what appeared to be broken down cars and a boat trailer.

One of the amenities I wanted for my stay was a hot tub However the tub was out of commission which was very upsetting I brought it to the attention to the staff and they were helpful in making it right

My itinerary stated check in was 2:00PM. I arrived at 2:15 and there was no one at the front desk nor anyone to be found on the first floor. A lady came in and said she had rented a room for a party and we would have to go to the Clarion next door and tell them we were here to check in. I was very concerned about security at this point and tried to find a room in another hotel but wasn't successful. There was a sign on the ice machine telling you to go to the Clarion next door for ice also. I was on the 3rd floor. The next morning when I went down there was a very dirty small cloth cooler with a sign saying ice on it. The pool did not look inviting at all so we did not use it. Online at Expedia it stated there was a marketplace there. There was an area for such but everything was empty. The elevator was dirty - floor had not been swept in awhile and there were puddles of water from people leaving the pool. We had to be very careful not to slip on the water puddles. I feel this place was misrepresented on the Expedia website. I wish I had taken picture so I could upload them but I didn't. I could have stayed at the Clarion cheaper but choose Comfort Suites because room entry was inside, however I would have felt more secure at the Clarion. I will not be a returning customer. As a matter of fact I would like to request a partial refund as the property was not as represented.

The only real positive was the convenient location right off of I-75. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The hotel room felt sketchy, none of the ice machines were working, and the coffee—served in an extra small cup—was cold. The bagels tasted stale, and to top it off, no one was at the front desk during checkout. Another employee told me to just leave the keys on the counter, which felt uncertain and unprofessional. The overall atmosphere felt dirty and uncomfortable, especially knowing it was connected to a sister motel next door that looked even more rundown. There were also quite a few homeless individuals hanging around the area, which added to the uneasy vibe.

Light was out in bathroom. Only had half roll of toilet paper when we came in. No replacements. Room sleeps 6 and there were 3 towels. Comforter had rips in it. On the wall next to the fake window, there was gross stuff on the wall that was not cleaned off.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Room’s sink was broken, which the nice man at the desk told me about at check in, and the rooms need updating. Worked for the night but wouldn’t stay again.

It was not very clean. We even found a note from a previous guest that said "clean your nasty *** hotel" that housekeeping had obviously not found. There was very little toilet paper in both the room and in the bathroom by the pool. The hot tub didnt work and they said they didnt have enough towels to put any in the pool area.
