This listing is an absolute lie. Lies. Lies. Lies. Do not believe any of the amenities listed will be available. The outdoor pool. Doesn’t belong to them. That’s right. The outdoor pool. In the main picture. Doesn’t belong to them. The Lakeview room. You can’t see the lake from the room I was put in. Expedia cs spent 30 min explaining to me how an amenity of an outdoor pool is not guaranteed that it will be useable. It is only guaranteed that I will be able to view the outdoor pool from my room. That’s right. A lake view is now a pool view of a pool that can’t be used by guests. So I paid extra for a lakeview room which included a pool view. There is no outdoor pool. They don’t own one. The indoor hot tub. Only partially heats hot water and 4-5 jets work. The sauna doesn’t work. The laundry room. Not for guests. Let’s see what else. My smoke detector didn’t have a battery which I only knew bc it was open with no battery. They literally didn’t care and didn’t put a battery in it during my 3 day stay. Do not stay here. Period.

Awesome close to everything, but only one end of the hotel had elevator. The pool/splash pad was not connected to the hotel..and the outside pool was not open..the water in pool/splash pad was cold.. the price was good..

We checked in for one night. When we got there the front office lady was nice and helpful. You can buy the Arnolds ferry tickets with them and get a a couple dollars discount off. We booked 3 rooms with 2 queen beds. Had a terrible experience at this hotel. Their elevator goes up to the 3rd floor and you have to go up a little ramp. The game area and what use to be the breakfast hall was extremely hot, like they had turned on the heat. The weather called for AC in the rooms. Then we had to carry our luggage some flight of stairs! The other two Our bathroom was not cleaned properly, two soaps were opened on the counter. On the second bed pillows were in the middle of the bed? Like they didnt finished their cleaning.

The property is old outdated, not well kept and could use some love in all aspects. However, the property was cheap and I believe you get what you pay for. So if you’re looking for an inexpensive place, it’s probably perfect….

When we arrived we found out that hotels.com had booked us a room that wasn't available. The clerk found us a room but we did have to pay extra for a king room with jacuzzi tub ( which we did not use). We just preferred the king bed. The decor was dated but clean and comfortable. Our stay was quiet and relaxing asvwe had hoped.

Things we liked - Sheplers provided shuttle service, price, view from balcony Things we didn’t like - mini fridge froze our food. I was sure when I made reservations that breakfast was provided (it is no longer mentioned in the listing). Breakfast is always something I check for when making reservations. There was no breakfast, just a BOGO coupon for another establishment. There was only coffee available in the lobby - no hot water for tea. I think they could have done a little better in the area of morning offerings.

Changed my room and charged me more!

The stay was fine, except that they changed our room style and were were having a birthday party and that really made it hard for the girls. When I got there they said they were only charging me 168.57 which was what was on my card initially, then after I checked out they charged me 204, plus a 37.00 convince charge which overdraft my account. It was just super unprofessional. Anyways, the stay was ok, the water park was nice ir would have just been nice to have the room I booked or get charged the lesser price.
