The room was big and beds were comfortable. The bathroom fan was loud, the A/C had a mildew odor from it (I understand being by water that it may hold humidity), the rug in the gym needs to be replaced, the washer/dryers were all out of order, and the breakfast was poor...with coffee creamers being bad. The price was good and located conveniently to the town. This place has potential and with some TLC it would be great. Overall, the place served the purpose, but would have liked to have better breakfast choices and a nicer gym. Also, the main building does not have an elevator, so if you cannot climb steps, you need to ask for a main floor or a place in the building with the breakfast room, as it has an elevator.

Beautiful view of Lake Huron Heat and AC worked quietly Breakfast was ok Plenty of parking If staying more than one night, be sure to ask for house cleaning if you want it. All the plumbing worked as expected. Bathroom was clean Beds were comfortable For an older facility, our two day stay was very pleasant. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub Very reasonable price compared to neighboring facilities

Overpriced for the quality

Was in a “handicap accessible” room, that was NOT accessible. Would not be able to get a wheelchair from the door past the bed to the other side of the room or into the bathroom. Both sets of peep holes on the door were painted over rendering them useless to see anyone knocking on the door. The bathroom was spacious and had a jetted tub, so that was nice. The breakfast was NOT very complimentary. Breakfast hours were 7am-9am. Had to go to a separate building on the second floor to find the food that was offered: pancakes, ham slices, yogurt and bread slices. The toasting oven did not work properly so bread never got toasted. Coffee was hot but not good. Parking lot was small. The hotel did offer a discount on ferry tickets. The “Arnold ferry” terminal was a short 4 minute walk from the hotel, so that was nice.

Our room was very clean and comfortable! Our lake view room was amazing, the balcony was great for coffee and relaxing! Was within walking distance to Arnold Ferry for second part of our trip to Mackinac Island for a couple days. Was very easy walk to eat at The Rusted Spoke and Dixie Saloon and to see Icebreaker Mackinaw Museum. Would stay again!!!

It was a clean room matched the picture on site and was quite except for the kids upstairs stomping around in the early morning other than that it was peaceful, with access to the beach.

Room was exactly as advertised and as I requested. Rooms with breakfast included are rare in Mackinaw City, so this was a nice feature and saves a family of 4 a little money and time. Great quality at a vacation price I was ok paying.

Bathroom had the fridge and microwave stuffed in a corner with wires awkwardly exposed. Bathroom fan fixture lights had no covers so you could see into the fixture. Same fixture fan didn't work. Air conditioner grille was pretty dirty as was the carpet. Staff was business like, but not exactly cordial. Breakfast was pretty mundane. Ice machine in the stairwell was growing algea.

Room with a view!

Location, room on the water was AMAZING! Had a bonfire one night on the beach, great! Property could use some cleaning outside but room was good for the price we paid we were very happy. Front desk emplyee was very polite.

I had all 3 of my rooms side by side and they was on the bottom floor. I had parking right at the door. This was a reservation, the laundry machines were broke other than that I have no complaints
