I didn't like the management. He was very rude and unprofessional. He would not switch my room and had several rooms he could have switched too. He act like just because I went through a third party to book it that it didn't matter. The room 136 he assigned me to was disgusting it had hairs under the covers and stains on the sheets the the bathroom tub had dirty rings around it so I asked me to have someone clean the room and change the beds and an hour went by still nothing I was so tired and angry They didn't even have a phone so I could do each time I had to walk up to the office because my cell would get a busy sign so I said I want to change rooms bc I'm tired and need some rest the reason for me coming in the first place but he got mad and told me his will refund my money back to be because he was not changing no room out and I said why because I want to rest and be comfortable in a clean environment and he said you just get refund. These new owners at the location really suck and there nothing like he previous owners they don't even have suites there anymore and haven't added any water to the pool either but charge like they do. Someone from corporate needs to come visit the Lumberton NC location because they are making a bad name for Ramada Inn and some on the tenants was stripping a car in the parking lot while I was just trying to get a clean room like if it was stolen and no one said nothing about that either.
