It’s right on the water. Beautiful view. Self check in. The room was well cared for. The town was pretty much closed. I stayed here in the middle of the week in the spring. Fortunately I brought some food and drinks for the night.

Lovely accommodation but....

The room and view were absolutely lovely!!! Only drawback was noise. The noise from upstairs was exeptionally loud and unfortunately kept me awake at night / woke me up in the morning.

Ok place if you dont mind cleaning

This was the third time that my husband and I have been there. The view is beautiful room is okay, but our refrigerator was leaking all over the floor the first night and then the second night we lost power and heat for 2 and a 1/2 hours before they came to fix it.. we.were on the o ean at 15° -crumbs and food all over the table bed is hard as a rock.

This was a beautiful place to stay, more like an apartment with full kitchen, dining space, lots of room. The owners were wonderful. On the off season, there aren't many restaurants open in the area, which we knew, so we brought supplies to make some simple meals and also found some delicious cod at the IGA in Lubec. We saw a lovely sunrise from the balcony about 6am, when the lobster boats were getting ready to go out, will stay here again!

I went in the winter and the closest restaurant on Wednesday was 45 minutes away. The property was advertised with having a restaurant and it did not, and it was advertised as having breakfast provided, and it did not. I felt misled. The property was not well cleaned. While the Lubec area was gorgeous, and it would be a wonderful place to stay in the summer when more places are open, in the winter time it was not ideal.

This is water front with views of Johnson Bay and the lobster boats. Seals look up at you while they are swimming by. Exceeded our expectations.
