The staff were very nice and helpful. However, likely under staffed. The public restroom (men’s) on the main floor was not clean. I couldn’t use it. The breakfast was cold. Cold eggs. Cold gravy. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. Clean room. Nice hot tub.

The new g.m. is very immature. we had a terrible experience. the pool was too cold to swim in. when i asked the g.m. he said it was heated and gave me attitude. today he said he gave me attitude because i cussed. i did, after he lied i said its too cold to swim in. from 530 till we left just before midnight, there were kids running in the halls loud enough we couldn't enjoy our stay. my wife complained at 11 and he said he had talked to them. today he called to ask why we had left and that he couldn't give me a refund and i was no longer welcome at that hotel

Clean room, staff was friendly, only had one plug in the room that we could charge phones that was position in the middle of the room/wall that we had to move the chair over closer, a desk or small there would of been nice The plug by the bed was pushed into the wall that a charger would not stay. The "hot" breakfast on the first day by the time we got there at 7:10ish was completely empty. Ended up going out to breakfast the second day because of this.
