If I could I’d do neg 5 stars. The whole place stunk. The first room they gave us was dirty then the second one was a smidge better then saw dead termite on the floor and the sheets had cigarette holes in it and was dirty so we did not stay and put a request in and still haven’t received our refund (stay was 10/3-10/4 and it is now 10/29

Maintenance repaired the faucet without my reporting it. Maybe the previous guest or housekeeping reported it before I checked in. I didn't expect housekeeping but they removed trash. - used towels and replaced them on day one. Excellent.

There was no baseboards around the walls, stained walls (mold?), cob webs in corners, pealing stucco, facade of vanity was torn, several cigarett burn holes on comforter. Entry way to motel felt dirty and worn down. Not inviting nor welcoming. Staff were nice enough, but not very engaging, nor welcoming.

When you want to pay 3 star rates, but expect 5 star service and facilities then this might not be for you. Rating them a 4 star because of the staff and not necessarily the quality of the facility, which was as clean as some of the much more expensive motels.

Bad stay

Dirty room and front deck lady sleeping on the job. Motel stinks and filthy smells like smoke and animals, room have bed bugs and bedding hasn’t been cleaned or changed. Poor management refuse to reimburse people who complain. False advertising rooms and quality, condition of motel. If you care about your health stay away from that place. I left right after checking in place is a joke and dumb

Room was very nice. Whoever painted really did you a disservice although didn’t effect me. Would have liked Kleenex and shampoo. They are always included so didn’t bring my own. All over, I would stay again.

Sheets were stained, floor had dirt on it. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. The shower faucets were dirty, but I asked for a hair dryer and was accommodated pretty quickly. I stayed for 2 nights and paid well over $400.00.

My first room was not accessible by myself. A washcloth, clean or dirty, was under a made bed. I don’t mind the stairs, but the elevator was touchy and you apparently had to push the floor (4) button hard, I used the stairs. My second room, the bed was clean but the shower was gross, I did not use the shower. The tub had something in and around the drain. Outside where you take your pets , the door card scanner was broken so you had to walk all the way back through to the front. The staff was nice and I’m sure ig I mentioned the tub in the second room they would have changed it but I was missing time with my fiends at the party I was attending. I stayed here back in 2014/2015 and she looked brand new. Now she def looks used and abused.
