Needs some repairs.

My stay was overall was okay. My major complaint is the doors to the outside slam very loudly. So whenever someone walks in or out at all hours of the night you hear a big bang. I requested them to do something to fix it. But the maintenance did not even fix it properly. They did something to it but it didn't actually fix the issue. The wall paper was peeling and there were spots they used nails to keep it up. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She was always super helpful and did her best to help any accommodations we needed. But I feel the maintenance people just find a way to do the bare minimum and put bandaids on issues instead of just fixing it correctly.

My stay was great! rooms were clean and at a comfortable temperature. Staff was very professional and friendly. The only thing is the breakfast options are not very good. I stayed with my daughter and needed to have breakfast pretty early because of the event we were there for. Breakfast was available at a later time than other places we've stayed at, and the food area is very crowded with not enough stations waffle stations. When there's a lot of people trying to get breakfast and eat it's very frustrating.

The pool and hot tub are disgusting. The tiles on the wall are failing. Even the window screen broken. Garbage, half eaten food, used towels around. The bottom of the pool is colorful in a bad way. And the hot tub handrail moves about a foot if you touch it. Breakfast-eggs in about quarter inch of water. Had to drain when trying to scoop. Milk pitcher had a line to show where it was full after use. So clearly milk sat in it a while. Room-mildew smell strong enough my child asked what the smell was. Fan high pitch awful noise. Child was there for a sports tournament, couldn't take a bath after cuz no plug. Good-Hot water super hot. Comfy mattress. Loved the pillows. Quiet. Ate yogurt and made waffles for breakfast. Staff was nice but had an issue checking in cuz Expedia they said? I had already paid the bill.

It was ok . Clean decent condition. The place is full of Government funded refugees. They ru.n around noisy all hours and pile trash in the halls. Ruins a decent hotel.

This place is so run down and dirty. Breakfast is a joke, they run out of food, say there's nothing they can do because they ran out, the rooms are dirty and many things are broken. The front desk is no help in getting anything for you. When you ask to talk to a manger they say that you have to tell them and they will forward it to management. Overall horrible place to stay.

Last minute booking unfortunately a schoolgroup had also booked rooms in the hotel. We had upgraded and had upper level room to avoid the ruckus but we were not spared fromthe noise. We waited until after 10 pm and when the activity didn't subside I contacted the front desk to handle it. It appeared to only rile the niose makers. The next morning the group quickly devoured the majority of the breakfast fare except the muffins which they did not care for. When other guests came for breakfast they found empty trays and no pancake mix. The staff was no where around. We decided to get breakfast elsewhere and as we were checking out about 30 minutes later I overheard one guest being told they now have some more eggs. I found the staff to be indiifferent and some times rude to customers including myself. Even the Manager was quick to excuse lack of service rather than offering to help. I realize we paid lees for this place but also paid for the upgrade. I should expect a clean room with functioning appliances. There was garbage found under one table the coffee maker was broken and lamps were unplugged.

Great budget friendly stay

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very warm and friendly. I was relieved to have a safe relaxing stay without breaking the bank.

The front desk staff were friendly, that is about where the good ends. The room was dirty, crumbs on the night stands, stains on the couch, the lamp shades were disgusting with stains all over them, carpet was pulling up and frayed, eating area for the breakfast area, tables were not cleaned, food left on the floor all day long. The Hot tub was broken, many broken tiles in the pool area. We are not that picky of travelers, but this was a poorly maintained property for the cost. We will think twice before staying at this or any other associated facility.

Quiet and clean. Breakfast shown on the bill board looked much better than the actual offering. No Scrambled eggs. Instead they were preformed "omelet". Boiled eggs were very rubbery. Sausage instead of bacon. There were some cold cereal choices and waffles stations which we didn't try.
