The size of the bedrooms was nice and the walk off patio had great views. Thats about the only plus to this place. The beds were uncomfortable, my son ended up sleeping on the broken fouton in the living room. The dishes in the "kitchen" were dirty and no soap was provided so we had to buy our own to be able to eat. A coffeemaker is provided, yes, but filters are not, so again, i had to buy some to use an included ammenity. I definitely would not stay here again, nor would i recommend this place

We really enjoyed our stay!! It was really nice to have the kitchenette to cook! The couch was hard & the table is high top with stools which isn't very ideal for older people to sit comfortably. I would offer to switch those out of possible! I also work while at the beach & could've used a more comfortable space to work.

The locking was backwards, they said the code they sent me was to unlock the door and it was actually locked the door. Customer service said that you had to lock and unlock the the door with the same code this is after they had me on hold. And mind you their directions said opposite.Then when i finally got it figured out the code was to lock the door and to unlock the was the way to lock the door I was so frustrated with them i just made sure I brought all my valuables will me just in case there was any Prowlers. The bed sunk in the middle and my body hurts so bad right now. But i giess i get what I pay for. They only had one couch for 4 quest l, they could have had at least another chair. I brought my chair in because I'm disabled and i could have never got out off that couch. But I guess that it.

The place had a funky smell that triggered a migraine. The door lock was stripped and didn’t stay locked! There were LITERALLY no comfortable seats in the entire unit. I have stayed at this property before in a different unit. It was comfortable and secure. This unit was TERRIBLE AND we left within an hour of checking in

So cold, uncomfortable, and disappointing!

The unit was frigid when we arrived. Thermostats were set at 60*, which is way too cold for an arrival time after 4pm in January, but it felt even colder than that. It took all of 24 hours to bring the house up to a comfortable temp, so our first night was miserably cold! I have never encountered such uncomfortable furniture! The sofa/futon in the living area has a very thin cushion over a metal frame & was painful to sit on - I can't imagine trying to sleep on it. There is no other seating provided in the living area.The queen bed in the master desperately needs a new mattress. It sags so bad that we were competing for the same 10" in the middle of the bed. Not at all conducive to a good night's sleep!There are no closets and not even any wall hooks for hanging coats or other clothing. One dresser in the second bedroom is the only clothing storage provided.The entry lockset needs serious help. We had to call for assistance to get in, halfway through our stay, and again when we were ready to leave. We love Lincoln City & really wanted to enjoy our stay - unfortunately, that did not happen.

Great location with a view

Was a great stay. I would like to recommend that all the outlets need to be replaced some are not up to code and most wont hold a plug. Also very hard to wash dishes without a sponge.

I'm Embarrassed to Have Given This As A Gift

I gave this 4-day, 3-night trip as an 80th birthday gift to my mom and I was embarrassed by the reality of this property. Lincoln City was wonderful but this "condo" was an absolute filthy dump.

Good weekend getaway

Wonderful place to stay. Could have been a little more comfortable with a fan to keep it cool. A little more reinforcement on the things that hang would make it more comfortable, tv wall mount was a little sketch. Overall the property was quiet and the walk to beach wasn't terrible, just know you have to walk over rocks going down into beach entrance.

Just so miserably uncomfortable. The futon was terrible. Couldn't sit there for more than 5 minutes without getting up. We wound up buying lawn chairs at a nearby store. They were 10x more comfortable. The pots and pans were scratched and filthy. There weren't enough dishes for the listed occupancy. There was no shelf or space in the shower in the master bed for a bottle of shampoo or bar of soap. There are zero closets and hangars. It looks clean on the surface, but as you lean in to find hidden electrical outlets, etc., there is rat crap and other misc. nasty things. I wouldn't stay there again, ever. Terrible!

Place needs some work. Is on older side and needs some updates. We did enjoy our stay but showed picture of table with chairs and was a high table with high bar stools that were not comfortable and to talk for the table so bumped your knees and couldn't get close to table to eat so had to stand up to eat.

Great location but dirty!

I rented this room because of the view. My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We payed a lot of money for a cleaning fee, and it wasn't clean. The bed looked like a dog with muddy feet jumped in it. The bed skirt is dirty, there is hair on the towels in the bathrooms, and there are crumbs in the shelves in the kitchen. The couch had a couple of very large rips in it. The battery in the smoke detector needed to be changed ( it was chirping). The TV isn't hooked up to any kind of service. Anyone that has a dog comes right outside the sliding glass doors to walk them. And, the walls are paper thin. However, the bed is pretty comfortable and it has a good view of the ocean.

Don’t waste your money here!

This place was terrible. I read reviews the week before my stay and saw complaints about the bedding, so I planned ahead and brought my own pillows/blankets. Aside from that though, this condo was gross. The sheets had stains on them, the dishes were put away dirty, and there were crumbs and broken glass on the floor! Aside from that, it was not a 2 block walk from beach access as advertised. There was no walking access anywhere without walking on 101 which is not safe. Between the fees and everything that added up here, it ended up being more expensive than just staying at a hotel and less comfortable. Do not waste your money here.

Property was poorly kept, trash and debris in parking lot. Access to unit down broken and poorly lit path. Living/dining room furniture not as described (no coffee table, no dining room table). Table in living space was bar height and half our party was unable to sit comfortably at it. Kitchen has no counter space worth using. Pots and pans were worn and dirty. No dishwasher. Bathrooms are outdated/poorly fixed. Shower making high-pitched noise with use. Floors and surfaces were dirty. Ants! Bedrooms were small, no TVs, broken and flimsy furniture (missing drawers for dresser, drawer face came off when attempting to open it) Refrigerator is not full sized and door was difficult to close (lost all our food the last night due to door not closing properly and food being heated by refrigerator lightbulb). No welcome packet, no information in the unit or onsite for check-out procedure. Parking lot completely filled up in the evenings, preventing parking near unit. Limited turn around and parking for oversized vehicles. View from unit is beautiful, but there is no privacy on back porch. No outdoor seating available at unit (others next door had deck chairs).

Paper-thin blankets, noisy neighbors, terrible wifi

I'll keep it simple - the property is clean and well-maintained. No problems there. Heating works (thank goodness), everything is clean. The bad - we got there, the Wifi wasn't working. And, there's no local staff to respond to calls. We had to call Vacasa (the actual property managers, not VRBO) for support. They said, "Well, it just got installed, and they probably won't get anyone out there until Monday". Lucikly, about 3-4 hours later, a maint. person showed up, and said "oh, I found a bunch of equipment blocking the router, I'll moved that", and it came back online Next up - the smoke detector is set directly above the oven. Open the oven door, and it's going to go off, even with the vent turned on high. Heaven help you if you cook a pizza and the cheese drips onto the oven bottom, and starts to smoke, because you're now dealing with a smokey main room, and an alarm. And then there's noise levels - you're going to hear every car that pulls in and slams its doors, every neighbor that's yelling at their kids, etc etc. Finally, the blankets are so incredibly thin. This may be a Covid preventative measure to be honest (thin blankets are easier to sanitize, maybe?) but if you rent here, be prepared to CRANK the heat to maximum so you can stay warm, as there are no extra blankets in the place. Ok, one more thing - the dressed in one room was missing a drawer. A really minor thing, since we didn't need the dresser anyhow for a one day stay, but c'mon, that really sets a "tone" for the rental when you have something like that in there. We didn't have to check out at 10, but my entire family were up by 7AM to get out of there. It's good for the price, but not something I'd rent again.
