The Ester Lee is a neat historic motel in Lincoln City. The views of the Ocean are awesome! The room was updated for the age of the motel. A few of the furnishings were a bit worn and the bathroom could use a remodel and it had no fan. Overall we enjoyed our stay. My biggest complaint is that I paid for a 2 bedroom Cottage Deluxe w/Kit, Ocean Pet Friendly that slept 5 with 2 queens and a twin and when I checked in this is not the room I was given. I told the front desk staff that I got the wrong room and she said they are changing the twin beds over to sleeper sofas and that they put me in the correct room. This is false advertising or a case of bait and switch as a sleeper sofa is not the same as a 3rd bed. I feel like I overpaid for the room I got so be aware if booking this room!

Great stay! Only thing was that the heat was on when we arrived and the temperature was 93 degrees. Don’t know why but the maintenance guy stopped by and was very apologetic about leaving the heat on. It did take most of the evening to get the heat out of the place. I will book another stay in the future.
