Book Venice Lido hotels

Rooms were spacious and quiet, clean and bright and updated. Staff was friendly and accomdating. Breakfast food items were over the top fabulous and staff courteous. Would definitely come back

The spa was an extra €40 to use which the included the hot tub and sauna so this should have been mentioned. There is also a charge to use the shuttle into town which was not explained or advertised. There was no free water in the rooms. To access WiFi that was good enough for video call use was also an extra fee of €20 per day. We got there late on the first eve at 11.20 amd although room service was advertised until 12 we were told there was no kitchen service and absolutely nothing to eat - not even snacks that eve. As much as we liked the hotel, all of the above definitely detracted from the experience.
