I felt like I was going back in time with this quaint and charming hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and beautiful, and the close proximity to the Basilica and Doge's Palace made this hotel a perfect spot. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and if I'm back in Venice will definitely stay there.

The room had everything we needed. I loved the tea kettle addition! The first room we were given didn't have a bathtub, so the second day we asked if we could switch and they made the change no problem. A very comfortable stay! Location is fantastic.

What a location in the heart of St. Mark Square, everything is within walking distance, hotel is beautiful and classic, I recommended if you travel with your lifetime wife. A big thank to Maximo and Fabrizio for their extraordinary attention and warmth to us.

The hotel did not match the pictures we viewed prior to booking. We were put in a building down an alley away from the main hotel. We were in a dark room up 5 flights of stairs ( no elevator available). The ceiling in the room was very short. It felt like we were in an attic that was converted to a room. We were the only room on that floor. A very small window in the room and the view was a brick wall. We do not recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located near Piazza San Marco. The staff was very friendly and the room was cute and clean. The breakfasts were the best we had in two weeks of traveling. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartment and it was very spacious and well equipped. The location was great and could easily get to all the key spots. It was quiet. I think the apartment could do with a few touch ups but other than that it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Venice! We also enjoyed the breakfast which we thought was excellent value for money especially when considering the price of breakfast elsewhere in Venice if you went out for it in the cafes near by!!
