A great find

We were flying out in the morning, so we booked this hotel because it was close to the train station since we were arriving from Trieste. It was right door! How convenient was that? We thought about having dinner in Venice but it was so crowded we came back to the hotel and had dinner there. We weren’t expecting it to be e all that great but, wow! We loved every bite! Breakfast the next morning was equally as good. All in all, we felt very happy with our decision to have chosen this hotel.

The room was great. The staff were friendly. They had a free shuttle to the airport but book it as soon as you arrive. It's small and only goes every 2 hours. It's isolated, in a residential neighbourhood, and a long walk from a restaurant. The hotel restaurant was small with limited choices and expensive, but the wait staff were friendly.

Big room with a nice bathroom. Right behind the train station making it easy to walk to. Easy to get off a cruise ship in Ravenna, to bus to Venice city center or airport and train ride to hotel. Very clean location with restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast. Convenient shuttle service to airport.

Great One Night Stay

We needed to stay one night prior to an early flight out of Venice. This hotel was clean, comfortable with a free shuttle to the airport. I was very pleased with this hotel.

Hotel was fine; usual airport hotel. Clean lobby. Front desk staff professional. Had to take taxi to airport because the shuttle doesn't run for 6am flights - it was a rip off of $50 for less than 15 min drive! Hotel has a shuttle, but needs to run earlier for those with early flights.

When you see reviews that give 6/10, or less, believe them. The outside, the lobby and the restaurant were nice but the room was dirty and outdated. Electrician and plumbers nightmare. Fake electrical switches, outlets that didn't work. Shower would fill up with water so you couldn't open the door until it drained. Carpet was filthy. I stayed at the Crown Plaza in Rome and it was very nice. This one needs to use that one as an example.

Shuttle options are great to have although the hotel is farther from central location however having the train on the back of the hotel is great! Buffett breakfast good. They also have flight schedules avail in the lobby. The bedroom curtain looks old and not hang properly.
