Fantastic location. Breakfast was good. One member of staff really helpful and friendly. Other staff member did not action request . no safe in room, meant we were walking round Venice with all valuables. Basin leaking so could not use. Additional beds unbearably uncomfortable. However, the beauty of Venice outweighed the negatives.

The location is excellent 2 mins walk to San Marco. The air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as only 1 area for all breakfast and 1 coffee machine. Limited choice too. The hotel is a maze you get written instructions on how to find your room! The bar was never open and staff not very approachable.

Terrible customer service. We were given mold ridden room which was changed later to a less dirty place. Person on front desk (bespectacled guy with pony tail) was rude too. Stay away!!

Quick stay in Venice.

Decided to fly into Venice before we hiked the Alta Via 1. Stayed at Hotel for 3 nights. Perfect location for all the sites. Easy walk from airport boats. Busy area but walk a few canals north and it's quiet. A/C was great, room and bathroom clean. Very European feeling which was what we were looking for. Would recommend

I liked that it was clean and quiet and in a good location the rooms were charming. The air-conditioning was cool and happy that we were in the main building with an elevator.
