Perfect style, location, and hospitality

My experience was phenomenal here. I stayed in the honeymoon suit for 2 nights, and standard room for 1 night. Both rooms were beautiful and clean. The honey suit view have me and my friend the perfect selfie pictures with the bridge! My room was so cute and the staff was amazing and accommodating. They checked me in pass checkin in hours and also helped set me up for my early morning flight. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday! I highly recommend staying here. And if you're expecting a modern design, this place isn't for you but if you want a true Italian experience, this is your hotel!

This hotel is so easy to find for visitors new to the city. The Rialto bridge is out the front door.

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff is friendly. Internet works fine too. The daily room cleaning service was poor. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable.

Overall, the front counter staff was rude and pompous. Be sure to listen and follow all of the rules at check in. My mother-in-law asked the concierge if he could call ahead to a restaurant to see if the restaurant could accomodate a birthday request. The person at the desk refused and made fun of my mother-in-law for making such a ridiculous request. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the decor was dated, worn, and rundown. There was actually bare cement in our room with random paint brush marks and paint drips as though they were going to remodel and then just quit. Air conditioner split unit did not work it just blew hot air. Bedspread was probably 20 years old and pillows were from before the Renaissance. There were maybe 3 or 4 feathers fighting to keep the pillowcase on. Luckily, the stiff starch was on the pillowcase to help. On a positive note other employees such as, room service and bag service employees were very kind and efficient.

Fabulous stay in Venice
