The area was so nice clean and easy to navigate. The staff went above and beyond when our room had a super strong odor. Not sure if the cleaning people used too much chemical on the toilet or if someone dropped something the carpet. They found us a new room and it was clean and very nice of them. The breakfast was super easy and I would start the day with that. Thank you.

Beautiful newish hotel, very close to water taxi. Very clean, shower always hot water and with very extensive breakfast options, only minor point with breakfast is the coffee machines, all the different coffee options means there's a line up for coffee.

I liked the new construction and new facilities and gret breakfast. Staff was not as friendly as many American hotel staff. Small water bottle costs $5 , definitely a ripoff. No bellboy to help.with our large suitcases. No taxi or other transport from people mover station-- inconvenient for.us dragging large suitcases over the hotel's excessively high front steps and the surrounding area's rough pavement for 10-15 minutes. Hotel should provide shuttle service to and from the station. I'd be willing to pay a convenience fee.

Received misinformation regarding scheduled power outage. It started 15 minutes early so couldn’t bring breakfast and coffee up to room because elevator wasn’t working. Was also told we would have water pressure, just no hot water, at that was not true. Lots of mosquitoes in the room.
