All this was a super nice hotel, great breakfast, good location, excellent self parking, but the fact that you couldn’t change the air conditioning temperaturein your room was a total bummer, that’s why I rented the room and it was a little too warm for my taste

Great hotel, food and service

Great hotel. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms have everything you need inside. They offer variety of food on the restaurant and have vending machine for anything after hours. Service desk assist us on booking an early taxi to get to the hotel and it was a breeze. Only complain is checkout, not sure if the crew is new or service is not working. It took a while for them to figure out the system. Overall great service.

This was a great place to stay—very convenient for getting into Venice and especially ideal if you’re heading out on a cruise from the terminal. The location made everything easy. The food at the restaurant was delicious, though a bit on the pricey side, but it was totally worth it to relax with a drink on the patio. One of the highlights was the luxurious waterfall shower in the room—after a long day of walking around Venice, it was exactly what we needed. You definitely don’t get showers like that everywhere in Italy! The room was a good value, and I would absolutely stay here again. Nico checked us in and was so kind—he even let us practice our Italian with him, which made us feel really welcome!

The hotel looks new and modern, but the rooms are extremely small. We stayed in a triple room, and with more than one suitcase, there was literally no space to move around. The biggest issue, however, was the inconsistent service, especially at the restaurant. One day, the food and service were fantastic. The next, the meals we ordered came out completely different from what we expected. The situation was handled poorly by the waiter, and we ended up paying nearly 40 euros for dishes that my kids couldn’t even eat. Breakfast also varied significantly: great selection the first two days, but on the third, even basic items like eggs had run out. The location is also something to consider -it’s not in the main area of Venice. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get there by water bus. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends and will likely choose a different place next time I visit Venice.

Property is not in central Venice but easily accessible via water bus. There are very few steps making this an efficient hotel for those who packed heavier.

This property is ideal. Close enough to Venice proper, but no need to schlep your luggage around the boats and tiny sidewalks to find a cramped in-air conditioned property in the middle of Venice. Hotel Hampton by Hilton is minutes away from Venice for a 1.50 Euro people mover that is quite close to the lobby. Having the ability to park your car at the hotel is great too. Only advice …. Watch out for the scam artists in Venice…they actually wear the uniform of transit police. Master manipulation of a system that sets you up for failure - no humans at night to sell you a ticket - ticket machines with nonsensical information and graphics - actually overpaid for a waterbus ticket and they wanted to impose a fine of 500% because it was technically for a different route. Insane to be fined like patent and small child jumped the turnstile and didn’t pay with and they’re ready and waiting to capitalize on the scheme. Really disgraceful and the lack of empathy was a blemish on all of humanity. No fault of the hotel and isn’t anything they can do, but word of caution if you go to Venice…
