Older but nice for a one-night stay. There are not many food or local amenity options a part from the Natural Bridge itself so it was perfect for a one night stay.

Quaint with mixed updates, situated in a remote, humble location. Needs paint detailing in the elevators, maybe replacement of some aesthetic woodwork- its worn from age and use but not from misuse or vandalism. Steps from the Natural Bridge site.

This is a beautiful property. Very conveniently located to Natural Bridge attractions but we were not impressed with the service at this hotel. Breakfast not included. Put in a handicap room. Ac wasn’t on, room was stuffy. Restaurant on property and it’s beautiful but menu was lacking.

Natural Bridge Hotel

The location was beautiful and perfect for exploring the area. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The physical property needs some attention, but nothing that couldn't be overlooked. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The room wasn’t fancy but extremely clean. The tub in the bath was extra big with scalding hot water; not ideal for kids without monitoring, but this may have been only for the rooms with king size beds. I loved the hot soaks. It was an easy walk through a little tunnel to get to the Natural Bridge Park. The restaurant at the hotel had wonderful food.

The building is older but is beautiful and has great character. It’s a great location, close to the highway and right across from the state park. The room was spacious and clean. We did have some issues with the tub not draining, but we only spent one night so it wasn’t a big deal.

The room, a Parlor Suite, was spacious, but the sofa bed was as hard as a rock, and the sheets provided did not fit. Our adult son could not sleep on it, so he had to rent another room, which cost over $100 more than we expected.

I loved the room, the view, the layout, all of it! I appreciated that the bathroom area had extra space for items. I do wish that there had been places to hang towels and washcloths to use more than once. Dining was tasty and with an English touch - so delightful!

The location is perfect and the history in the hotel very cool. The lobby and restaurant area are very nice but the rooms are very simple and outdated. Small bathroom pedestal sink, the wait staff in the bar/tavern was very slow and disorganized. I had to wait a while then finally ask how to get seated outside. Once I got ti a table it was a while for the waiter to get there and when he did he seemed very tired, sweaty, and overwhelmed. Steak was delicious, green beans were from a can. I would stay here again for the location and because from the outside the hotel is extremely impressive looking but just know it’s not fancy!

Dealing with an older property can be difficult, but I thought the staff did well. I was disappointed in the food offerings (the coffee was dreadful), but the waitstaff tried. This was my second visit to the property, and it was much better the first time.
