The Caucasian lady that worked Saturday told us that she had gotten a noise complaint, but we were playing cards and not making any noise. She was at the front desk on her cellphone , I could see her leaning against the wall. At any time did I see her pick up the phone to answer any calls that were supposedly coming in. You had to be standing beside us to hear us, I had to lean in to hear what they were saying as they played cards. I don’t understand???!

The staff could give enough towels for the guest that’s listed. We had four people they only gave us 3 sets of towels and rags. I asked and still didn’t receive enough to accommodate us.
