heat and cooling worked fine, $84 a night was a bit steep for what you get here with how dirty the walls and carpet etc. were but it was survivable for one night.

The room was gross, floor was dirty, shower leaked with water all over the floor. Beds were incredibly noisy and floors creaked very loud. Definitely would not recommend.

Both gentlemen were very nice & polite. There was a lack of cleanliness. Ice machine was broken. The room didn't have any coffee cups or washcloths. Outside maintenance should be addressed.

Old motel Room was arranged strangely Staff was very eager to accommodate all requested favors EXTREMELY great location! near beautiful city park great drive in restaurant across street gas station with huge c store a block away easy to find on main HI way

Oh boy, I have never seen a place in this condition. I was staying alone and literally walked in and left within minutes. There was a hole in the bathroom floor. The curtain rod fell off. The carpet was beyond stained and I was literally afraid to touch anything let alone sleep there. I could see light through the edge of the door and the door lock was comical at best. I literally felt so unsafe, that I returned to my car and drove near where family was staying at the race track and slept in my car where I felt much safer. This should not even be a choice on Hotels.com. I don't mind rustic, but this was something else.

Do not read old reviews from a year or so ago. Administration had changed since then and now it's a paradise of a budget place to stay. I am very happy that I wasn't afraid of previous reviews and went for it. Room is not very big but it has everything: Cable TV, coffee machine with pods, refrigerator, large bathroom with a window. everything is neat and clean, nothing falling apart, no bugs, everything looks renovated within a certain budget and more than enough for the price. It was quite on Saturday night. I stayed with my 6yo and we both liked it! Administrator Jaime is the best.

Do not stay here ever.

The door lock was broken so I slept with my suitcase against the door. The shower was broken so I couldn’t shower. The “curtain” was see through, and anytime someone walked by my room I could see them. The traffic outside was brutal.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in & after 47 years in construction I have stayed in more motels than I can count.

If you want to bed and a washroom in the bare necessities this hotel is for you. It’s inexpensive for a reason. I stayed for three days. The coffee maker did not work, the air conditioning is noisy and inefficient, and the staff did the bare minimum. The room was never clean.
