We left before the breakfast was out as we had a long drive ahead of us, so i cant speak to that. What i can speak to is the fact that several rooms were being worked on at the end of the hall and it was a mess. Also we were informed at check in that the pool wasnt working due to a part on order. The whole reason we chose this motel was for the pool and hot tub. I feel like when a booking is being made that is something that needs to be removed off of the filters as an amenity until the problem has been repaired. The bed was also very uncomfortable and saggy to the middle. My wife had to sleep in the other bed with our 7 year old daughter due to this. Overall to say im disappointed would be an understatement.

Friendly checkin & helpful. If your a female traveling alone, I Do Not recomend. The place just felt sketchy to my vibes. The Parking area is very dark. My room was comfortable, clean. But no extra safty locks on the slider windows. No lighting at all on the back of the building. Breakfast had good coffee & cereals.

The outlets in the room did not work in the bathroom! The hotel room was clean but does need updated! Carpets, chair, and ottoman were stained and dirty! Staff was no where to be found, never seen anyone at the front deck! Had to wait for someone to check us in/out of the hotel! Pool was dark and uninviting!

First room was flooded. Upgraded us to a room w/ old stained carpet. Tub had a hole and was cracked. Also had mold at wall transition. Plugs were loose at lamps: I was afraid to leave phone plugged in overnight.

Room was not clean. Housekeeping did not clean after being reminded to do so on second day. TV did not work and required staff to come and repair. They were helpful and I appreciate them, but it was not good to have this become necessary. Breakfast was not available, as staff had not prepared enough food on Saturday. Yes, it was a busy day but they knew how many people were staying there and should have prepared accordingly. We had to wait 30 minutes for food to be prepared.

Carpets could really use cleaning. Stains from the time you walk in and unfortunately continues into your room. Keys work for two to three try’s then back to front desk where you ring the bell for 5 min to get them reset. One good thing is they don’t have a gym but give you a pass to local one. Hoping not to stay there again but if it was all I could get would do it.
