Stayed here for a trip into New York. Our particular room (706) was recently updated, freshly painted and very, very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Free parking and we were able to leave our car after checkout and Uber into the city and then come back. Loved the chocolate chip cookies however they had walnuts in them. Plain chocolate would’ve been better. Will stay here again

1. Restaurants food quality was below standard. Breakfast tasted like they never change the frying oil. It doesn’t cost fortune to do a litmus test before reusing frying oil. 2. One of the night at 02:00am outside my room was lot of shoutings and carried on for hours. Woke up with panic and couldn’t rest/sleep at all. Complaint it to front house. They explained what happened and promised to reward me HHonours points. It’s been 12 days since I’ve checked out but promise isn’t fulfilled. This tells me how ignorant this hotel is towards its guest!

I want to become a good Hilton member but the hotel that’s next to me doesn’t have any attractions. I paid over $500 for 2 nights and couldn’t even get free breakfast. The room was so hot, the ac didn’t want to work. and the front desk never answers. But the room itself looked really nice.
