Front desk was helpful on arrival and the next day when I needed them. The room was great. Everything was clean, the ac worked fine, the wifi was easy to setup on my apple tv. The area was also pretty good. Close to shops and easy to get to. My stay was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Reception was rude, room was filthy. Hair from numerous peoples were everywhere in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. Pillows smelled bad, towels were yellow. The hotel intentionally turned off the heat every night, forcing you to complain to have them turn it on. There was no hot water for showers. No amenities one would expect from a 4 star hotel, like complimentary water bottles, toothbrush, slippers. Location isn't great either and only accessible via highway.

First of all, the location was very inconvenient. There was no transport available nearby, and we had to take a taxi from the bus station every day. There is no subway close to the hotel—the nearest one was at George Washington Bridge—and the taxi fare back to the hotel was around £22. Overall, the location is extremely inconvenient; you really need a car to stay here. The rooms were not very warm and felt drafty. On arrival, there was no hot water, so we couldn’t take a shower until the next day. Breakfast was another disappointment. At $25 per person, the selection was poor. The bacon and sausages were dry, the toast was also dry, and overall it was the worst breakfast we’ve ever had. On top of that, many of the staff did not speak English, which made communication very difficult throughout our stay.

Rooms are clean, service is good, but there are no pool nor hot tub any more. They removed it 3 years ago. We were expecting to relax in hot tub, but it was not there anymore, unfortunately. Property description about the pool on Expedia is misleading. Please correct it.
