The check in and check out process was easy and friendly! The hotel was clean, needs some updates but overall it was clean, and comfortable! Also during check in they didn’t give us some information such as meal plans and where to find food/place to eat, likely they assume we would find out in our own, we tried to ask about price info later by text but they partly responded to our inquiries, the ignored our text. However, we did not go hungry, we paid whatever we needed to pay and got the food we desired to eat. There is Dunkin’ Donuts express all over the property, easy to spot. Our kids enjoyed the water parks! We would return again!

The Food was terrible. We ate at the Buffett one night and the food was like a high school Cafeteria food at best. Then we went for ice cream The next night after going off premises and we came back they had no soft serve and only a few flavors of hard ice cream. It’s a kids place of course they want ice cream!

It was my family's first time at Great wolf lodge. We had a great time. Everyone is friendly and nice. There is a lot of thing to do with the kids. We will return.

Employees were very friendly. As clean as it could be for a water park. Loved my stay at a wolf den where it was close to mostly everything and no elevator needed. Had pizza at hungry as a wolf in the arcade and grabbed a candy apple afterwards there in the candy/ ice cream store. Will recommend watershoes for the stay.
