The location of the property is good but the whole walkway of the hotel smells very bad of cigarettes smoke scent as im non smoker.i felt very uncomfortable anytime i get out of the room.i had to stay indoors until i checked out.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Lock on our room door did not work and we had to move our things ourselves. Room they moved us to was at back of hotel next to laundry cleaning area. It was loud and closers for doors to outside slammed. Difficult to sleep and they would not move us. This is not a good place for travelers and business people - just construction workers.

The hotel not in good shape. I slipped and fell in the public bathroom and the next morning I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water in either of the two rooms I had reserved. When I complained at front desk the young man said they should have told you our boiler is broken.

I work in healthcare and was given this hotel as a place to stay during a winter storm. The morning I had to go to work, I quickly found out they do not hire anyone to plow the parking lot. This made me very upset as they worked with my hospital to ensure essential employees would have a proper stay. Having to shovel your own path out to the main road is not a proper and welcoming stay.to add to it, the first room I was assigned too, would not open. The key would turn the lock green and when I tried opening it, it seemed like the lock was being used. It seemed like someone was already in it. I then got a new room, and the light in the bathroom made a terrible sound and flickered so fast the second you would turn it on. Overall, not a very good experience and would not come back, especially in a snowstorm.

I DO NOT LINE THE VERY HIGH BEDS. I SM SHORT. I HAD TO TAKE the 2 couch pillows and 2 bed pillows to give me some stability to get into the bed. We are not all giants. Lower the beds.
