We had neighbors on both sides that were either partying or arguing. We called down around 1:30 am and Allen working nights came up and knocked on door and told them to turn down the music and they did one notch. Around 2:45 we called again and he came and knocked and they wouldn’t answer him so he left. We got to sleep around 4:00am
