The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to us. We were in town for a basketball game and were unsure of how to get to Allen Field house. They provided maps and suggestions on how to get there and find the best parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Shower not clean

There was a huge wad of hair in the shower entry right when we got into the room that was obvious. It was clearly not cleaned prior to our stay. It was very disappointing.

We stayed two nights here. On our way to and from Indiana. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room and lobby were very clean, and free breakfast was good. We had our dogs with us and the pet fee was very fair.

Good hotel for visiting KU kids

This is our go-to hotel in Lawrence when we visit our child at KU. The rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable and updated decor.

Good Hotel

It’s a very new hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The only issue was they gave me a handicap room, so my room and shower did not fit what I was looking for. Beyond that, I would recommend staying there again.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. Great and safe area of town, close enough to all the amenities of Lawrence but far enough away from the noise. Great hotel for families. Staff was very kind and helpful. Only complaint is the bathroom door is barndoor style so not super private because of some large gaps. It was almost too quiet, so bring a fan if you need some white noise.
