It was great. My only complaint was the lighting in the room is quite dark (lots of lamps but all of low wattage) so seeing the finer things as an older person was a challenge unless you went into the bathroom, then it was blinding.

The young woman who checked us in was very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and the bed comfy. I appreciated the wall between the bathroom and sleeping areas. The hotel is fairly new and in a nice, quiet area.

Couldn't ask for more

Very impressive facility especially for the price point. I only stayed overnight on the way to somewhere else, but I'd have been happy staying for multiple days here. Comfortable, modern rooms with easily accessible outlets and USB charging ports. Room was very clean, bathroom was very clean with an overhead shower head. Dining area was large and spacious. Available bar. 24 hour snack area. Handicap accessible pool and 24 hour gym. Friendly front desk service. My only little gripe is I wish the room thermostat went lower (65F), since it got warm and still in the room when the A/C wasn't running. I still give 5 stars across the board. Many hotels in town cost more and aren't this nice.

This property was minutes from the sports complex that we were attending a tournament. It was very comfortable with more amenities than I expected.

Hotel staff ruined our stay

Staff at front desk not very friendly or helpful. In fact, check-in was not the best. Had to keep going down to the desk to request towels (for 3 people, they gave us 2 towels, 0 washcloths and 2 handtowels), plus toilet paper was almost empty. Chair to desk was way too low and did not match the desk by size, so was very uncomfortable to use. Each time I went to front desk, people were not very helpful and, in fact, one lady gave me a hard time about towels. Said it was THEIR policy to only give us 2 towels. She was very snottty until another woman came from behind wall area and handed me two more towels. Coffee was complimentary but was lukewarm in urn.
