I've stayed here frequently over the last 3 months for work and 2 of the front desk clerks show absolutely no appreciation that you've chosen their hotel and actually seem a bit annoyed that they have to take the time to check you it. Don't know their names because they weren't wearing name tags.

I had 2 rooms and both very dated. Feels dirty with stains in carpet. No hot water in one room. The hotel room was freezing. Even with heat on it was incredibly cold. The tv is small. The elevators feel like they are not going to make it up or down. The cafe has decent food but everything else seemed to be closed. Vending machines rarely worked. The information we got from staff about the event at the event center was inaccurate. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. The walk to the center is not possible. There’s a patch of desert between the hotel and the center. The road is blocked and there’s no parking available so your at the mercy of the shuttle which is hard to find as well.

The room was clean. I originally booked a single King sized bed room but was given a double queen bed due to no more King sized bed being available. The ironing board was very dirty so I the point that I just ironed my clothes on the bed. The water for the shower never got hot and only stayed at room temperature. The staff was friendly and the Casino was clean. The location is very good if you want to walk to the Laughlin Event Center.

Had to drive through some dirt to get to parking garage. There was an event so maybe that's why. Checked in an clerk said they changed our room from a king to two queens. Told my wife and I it was an upgrade. We made reservations 6-8 weeks prior and ordered a king. She ended up making it right with a king room. Room was fair. Very small TV 32". Room only has 2 towels (should have at minimum 4). Room was clean. There was an ice machine on our floor but no vending machines. I know casino level had some impressive vending options however. Overall I'd stay again. Price was decent. No fridge in room either.

The hotel changed the res that expedia made, moved me from the tower we were in with our friends but after speaking to Talon, he moved us back over to the original tower. Not a king bed but it worked. Hotel ran out of hot water by 6:30AM! The Brew House had good food but the fact that we couldn't bring in a birthday cake foe our friend was ridiculous! Also, the drink I ordered tasted like water. When I askd for them to fix it, they charged me for 2 drinks. I spoke to the server, Jose and he just told me it is what it is. Sadly for him that reflected in his tip. They were slammed and only hand full of servers. This was Saturday night, the same night as a concert!

The room smelled like it had been closed off for years. There was only one light in the room. Our friend’s room had 3 lamps and a fridge. There was no hot water and the dresser was broken.

There were dripping stains on the walls, the framed picture on the wall and the headboard. The toilet ran constantly every time you flushed it. Had to jiggle the handle to stop it from running. There were only two bath towels so I had to use a hand towel to dry my hair. There was a coffee maker but only one coffee cup for two people. We didn't request maid service but we probably should have. We ran out of bodywash and nearly ran out of toilet paper. I thought I could just get some from the maids when when they cleaned the rooms the next day but there were zero maids cleaning rooms on our floor. Also, our room didn't have a refrigerator but that might be an upgrade.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking king. When we arrived (early) we were given the choice of a king smoking or two beds non smoking. Then the hot water didn't work the next morning. The room was supposed to be recently updated. It sure didn't seem like it. The restaurant downstairs was awful. Slow service and cold food, just like the the shower.
