Booked for the acess to the river, however ac sucked and never cooled room till 3 am. Rooms are very outdated. Tub didn t drain when taking a shower. Unable to take bath. No where to plug in chargers to chage phone.

I liked that there is river access. Room's are getting worse every time I stay here. I booked 5 rooms for my family and I and all of them had a dirty issue, stains in the walls and urine smell. Another inconvenience this time around was the parking lot was all closed. Could only park in front of the casino. Makes no sense it was 115 degrees out there too hot to go back and forth with luggage.

It’s a glorified Motel 6. Our room was on the north side which is really far from the main casino. At one point the fire alarm when off for about 15 minutes for no apparent reason. But the price is good and the AC worked great.

Let’s just say we had to move our room twice! The first room was dirty smelled horrible and the sheets had cigarette burns. The second room had a roach on the wall the shower was so dirty. On a positive note the staff was very friendly.

The advertising was very misleading. They say it’s an 8.0. I would say if Lucky a two the pictures that they show on Expedia it’s not what you get. They call it the new Pioneer, but there was nothing new about the place. Night stands were dirty the AC didn’t work next to our room you could smell weed. Sketchy people around.
