Mobile check in never sent me a notification that my room was ready until midnight the day I checked in. After waiting about 10 min with no notification, I ended up waiting in the check in line. Was helped by guest services to get me checked in.

Very disappointed with our stay. Took 3 and half hrs of standing in line to check in to our room due to internet down. They gave us $50 back on a week stay. There was always an awful smell of sewer. Poor was ok, kind of small and only went to 4ft but had 4 lifeguards on at all time. Didn’t really understand that. Parking was hell. Not a look of places to eat- McDonald’s was a go to due to high volume lines for the other 3 restaurants in the hotel. Slot machines were awful, wasn’t fun at all. Gambling is gambling but 1-2 bonuses wouldn’t hurt! We complained for people smoking weed on our floor and nothing was done so it smelled like skunk all the time. Wasn’t impressed- live and learn I guess!

Parking is a bit tricky 😕 f you are driving a pick up truck. During a 6 night stay, only received service twice, trash stock piled, towels hardened and ran out of to!

Well first I’ll have to say I’m in the hospitality business for 25 years and I am a disabled veteran. I checked in with my service dog and the front desk agent asked me what my disability was violated HIPA law and then told me my disability wasn’t recognized there and they would not accept us. 2 front desk agents told us the same thing, My wife was steaming mad I asked for a manager and after waiting another 5 min he came by looked at our paperwork with our dogs certificate and said we were fine so he was not happy about his bosses decision and was very rude telling us the dog had to be with us at all times since I’m disabled . We have traveled with this dog thousands of miles and countless hotels without issue until this employee said this to us… well nothing else could have gone right after that check in so I’ll leave it at that and will not review this hotel any more.

A reasonable stay for a reasonable price

The Aquarius has some good features; a gym, a pool and restaurants etc.. So if you’re not ambulatory you can move around without much trouble. The employees work hard and are pretty friendly. It’s all about respect and appropriate expectations. If you show respect and don’t expect too much you will be in a state of acceptance.

On check in day, I parked at the self parking structure. The elevators were not working. Imagine carrying your luggage 4 floors down and 3 other couples joined us. The elevators were still not working the next day when I check out at noon.

Cleanest in Laughlin

Aquarius is the cleanest hotel on the Laughlin strip. We have been to every hotel there. All rooms have mini fridge and coffee makers, some hotels in Laughlin dont even offer them.
