Older hotel but gets the job done.

Strong smell of cigarettes loom throughout the entire property. Elevators are slow and packed especially on busier nights. Crowd is very rowdy and sloppy drunk. Room definitely shows its age and could use a deeper clean. Bed was sinking and well used could use replacing.

Property outdated, staff are rude and give attitude. Valet parking sucks. No price was given instead they asked how much are we willing to pay to get help. Paid$40 for valet parking. Reservation was paid in full months before and upon checking in they charged us $78 fee for something I don't even know plus a deposit fee of $25.88. Reservation was for 1 king bed room and some lady came to help the one checking us in and said “well, if they really want their room they'll have to take what we have” walked away and we had no say. We ended up In a 2 queen bedroom with few bathroom towels. And no riverview as we had requested and paid for in advance.

The casino isn't as clean as it was before. The cleaning has dramatically dropped. The front desk ladies were not pleasant at all. The bellmans were all very nice.
