It was a good stay, only bad thing was that we thought we had a bunch of different options for food, but after trying to go out to eat at 11pm, they were out of everything in all the restaurants. And all the restaurants basically sell the same exact thing.

It’s a casino. So people, including some staff smoke indoors… the smoke goes through the air condition system into the room. My breath and nose feel not well.

It was ok but will not return to stay again. Thebb bbq pool had no water and was told the pool was operable .. the room key would not work we had to see the front desk 4 times to get a new key

The River Lodge was my favorite hotel in Laughlin, but they closed down the beautiful restaurant. This trip, no refrigerator in room all ice machines turned off. No coffee maker in the room. The drink service was VERY SLOW. The lodge has gone down hill and I am looking for a new favorite hotel in Laughlin.

I was there in a Saturday and the Casino was very busy. Every employee seemed irritated. The bartenders at all 3 bars were very rude and disinterested in customer service.

No change/atm machines, not enough staff, ingredients not available in restaurants, all ice machines were broken, had to pay extra for a refrigerator/microwave/coffee maker in the room. We definitely WILL NOT return! Sad to see this resort going so far down!
