No pool, no real restaurant...only food is microwaved or air fried and even that isn't stocked well, no hair dryers, no in room coffee makers, no ice machines AND the store downstairs is usually out! Property has SO much potential but it's like the owner is trying to get bad reviews and close down. Should just sell to someone that will fix everything! Absolutely ZERO effort, its frustrating and you can tell the employees are frustrated too!! Wouldn't take much to make this a nice place

Plenty of games for the kids and even games for adults inside the casino/bar areas. Live music, beach access on the river, cheap general store with good merchandise. This place is a gem.

Didn't go here!!!!

It was unbeknownst to us that there was not one single sit-down restaurant in the whole entire hotel or casino. There was also not gambling tables only machines according to the website there were plenty of options for eating choices. We also had to pay a resort fee and the pool wasn't even available. I will never go to that hotel again. It was ridiculous. Not worth a single penny

My stay was not okay this year. I ordered two rooms and they weren’t able to accommodate me without charging me an additional $30 a night and mind you the pool was out of service, even though I had called in advance to make sure I, at least, would be on the same floor. The hotel’s bowling alley is super worn down now. The bar did not have the proper ingredients for the drinks we wanted. It seem as if they are always missing something and the hotel’s maintenance is not being kept up .

It was ok. Not many food options or even quality food. The tv in the room didn’t have but just a few channels and they were mainly just the news. No working ice machines. They definitely need to work on some upgrading.

River visit

Pros; rooms were clean, river accesse is great and good price for drinks. Cons; disappointed that Cafe was shut down and there is no pool for those who like to have a pool. Good price for rooms, hotel is good to stay at if you're planning to spend most of your time a the river.

The toilet in our room wasn’t the cleanest and there was stuff on the tub so it looked like it wasn’t cleaned well. The tv doesn’t have a lot of channel options. The vibe was pretty dead.

Pool was empty, no fridge or microwave, needed more pillows and all the ice machines were not working. The general store was great and the bowling and arcade. Water pressure was nice. Did all our gambling at other casinos because we wanted electronic roulette and black jack machines.

The rooms were dirty and not clean. Unlike the photos on online via booking website, the rooms were small, dirty, and had no space for leaving your bags/luggages or items. Just a giant box TV blocking and taking up the space instead. Plus in one of the rooms I booked, a chair was missing. And to top it off, no fridge in the rooms. I believe that the bare minimum for all rooms regardless of type of status/level should have a fridge.
