When we arrived 1 room was ready,the second room we needed to wait because it was a pet room in central tower. That was fine. They hadn't checked out yet. We had a Christmas gathering to attend so we were told that it would be about an hour. Ok. This was noonish. Ww waited around an hour and the front desk said that it was available now and it would be about an hour for cleaning. We left went to the gathering and came back 5 hours later. The room was STILL NOT READY. This is even after a asap had been entered into the system around noon. That's unacceptable! Upon check out the next morning the front desk was very helpful. She took the resort fee off after hearing what happened and she was the one that checked us in. The Manager that night was able to get us situated. But we had a good night sleep. Thank you.

The hotel was great ! As feedback I will say this… When we checked in the staff was friendly and polite. When we walked into our room…it was dirty . Countertops had some kind of food residue stuck as if they were not wiped down, and the carpet also had food as if it had not been vacuumed and there was a box of food left behind in the refrigerator which made the room smell aweful! The mirrored headboard also had not been wiped as there what seemed to be oily head prints. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was also broken. When we called the front desk they gave us two options of moving to a different floor but loose the view upgrade we had just paid for or to have the mess cleaned up. We opted for the room to be cleaned just so we didn’t lose the River view we had upgraded to during check in. This was done immediately. Despite the hiccup our stay was pleasant. We were in town to celebrate my birthday and we did just that.

The rooms got way too hot the air conditioning wasn't cold enough and smelt bad in the room, and the pool wasnt even open.. i was also charged an extra 10 dollars a night, also the water took 15 mins for it to get hot.
