AC didn’t work. We called maintenance 3 times and they couldn’t fix it or put us in a different room. Maintenance recommended that we get moved to a different room. The front desk didn’t accommodate us. We were hot and miserable both days.

I had a wonderful experience with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Valet was great and helpful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will be back when visiting Laughlin.
