On Friday our smoke detector went off at 11p we called front desk at least 3 times no one came up for at least 20 mins. Our neighbors were in hall cause they could hear it and they called. Finally someone came up said we turned on heater which we did not.They left and it went off again at 4am and the bottom line batteries should have been replaced the first time.So we payed for a night which we got no dleep!!

Steakhouse used to be good but not anymore. Indifferent server could not get our order correct. Not worth it for a $50 steak- no ambiance Could not use Kuerig cause plug not plugged in all the waybehind heavy console and pretty dirty back there

I came here with very low expectations, considering the very low price I paid for a night here and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was very well-kept and motorcycle parking was conveniently on the first floor of the free parking structure. The staff was very nice and everyone looked like they were happy to work there. The room was very clean and had all the amenities. The water pressure in the shower was invigorating. I'd keep this one on the radar for a return trip.

As a whole it was a great vacation, the rooms are outdated though. The elevators are another story, I wonder when they were last serviced as they're quite loud and jerk around allot.

The room was filthy, hair on the floors and other small pieces of trash. The shower absolutely sucks, extremely hot to extremely cold every minute or so without even touching. The beds are also very very uncomfortable.
