during our visit, parking was readily available. rooms very quiet at night. felt safe, plenty of security around.
i did not like how ancillary employees treated my wife and I. if that trend continues, they will start losing business. anything you asked about, you get barked about. example: i asked a young man if i could order a small chocolate. In a stern and obnoxious voice he said we dont carry small chocolate one size only. he could've replied, sir we only carry one size chocolate. period not throw a fit like a 8year old. when applying for a players card, was never greeted, give me id......never looked at me. thats it ........ i asked about a certain restaurant, in one majestic gesture she ponted towards the buffet. not welcome in, hello how are you, nothing. what is wrong with the staff at this good hotel. they ruined my 3 day stay with their lack of people skills on the first day. to use a prverbial term they act like they are doing me a favor. shame on them, i have a lot of family and friends that i share information with. they rely on me where i send them, people will do what they are allowed to do. these people the majority is not repeat is not doing their best foir the business. i would never recommend this place to aforementioned family and friends. makes me wonder whats in the water there. is the ph too high, does it have an unallowable parts per million of sentiment and junk. the big kahuna needs to training courses to develop p
