We come here every summer. Love the pool it’s only 3ft so it’s perfect for my kids. This time around the ice machine didn’t have ice so we had to go to another floor. Also the tub looked worn out and would flood if you let the water running too long. The beds were clean and it’s safe and quiet so overall loved the experience.

Didn’t like the rooms, there wasn’t any ice working machine. Linens were dirty. Dresser was broken. The air conditioner wasn’t working. There was only one working light in the whole room.

Better for smokers

As soon as we checked in, I could smell the smokers. The room we stayed in was smoke free and clean, but areas they claimed were smoke free were not. The smoke also was at the edge of the food court area. I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers who are sensitive to secondhand smoke. We checked out early because of the smoke and went to a nonsmoking Indian Casino in Parker Arizona.

The water in the room (shower, sink, toilet) was reddish brown. There is iron or dirt coming through the faucets. Did not feel clean after washing hands or taking a shower. Everything else at the resort was great and enjoyed the rest of the facilities.
