Not what it used to be.

Delayed check-in, computer problems. Smoked in non-smoking room. No plastic liner in trash cans or ice bucket. . Crusty food residue on table. Windows need cleaning badly.

Don’t stay here. We had two room in different parts of the resort and both rooms were disgusting. The water always came out brown and bath tubs had hair and stains. We found a bed bug crawling on top of the sheets when we arrived to our room, and mood stains close to walls. Some towels had stains as if they just reused them and gave them back to the guest. The staff some are polite others have a really bad attitude. Overall drive the extra 15-20mins and stay at the other resort in Laughlin its way worth it.
