I opted for three days paid parking during check-in. I needed to leave an hour later for a business meeting. Went to leave and my room card would not activate the parking garage exit arms so I could leave. Had to go back inside and wait probably 45 minutes in the check-in line to get it corrected. They forgot to click something on my profile. This made me late for my meeting, which is what I flew in for. Pretty awful deal. Staff was nice, but the lack of anyone working a help desk and understaffed check-in crew is really what did me in. Based off this, I can’t see myself dealing with Harrahs again.

The room was ok. We had some issues but they were quick to fix them. After walking the strip we learned that other properties have better amenities (food courts).

Good, clean, easy process. Only thing is no shower door or curtain so water gets everywhere, only concern of slipping even with the provided bath mat. But appreciate how quiet it is being close to the strip.

Bathroom was dirty. Coffee machine but no coffee. Was woken up by loud neighbors cause the walls are paper thin. Booked using the sauna for $35 and the girls working were kinda rude when I asked a simple question. Then they automatically added a tip when i didn’t have a service done and was there for less than an hour
