Giant cockroach in room that took the front desk over 2 hours to address after they kept telling me they would be up right away. No blankets. Cold showers. Will never be back to this hotel!

Pool was the only drawback of the resort. Little sun because it is between 2 tall towers. Water was cold. Not many lounge chairs available. The resort wants you to rent cabanas or beds instead of using thefree loungers.

I had a good experience. The room was nice and clean. The gym was clean. Also, the restaurants had great food. The only issue I had was the fact that the hotel room had a refrigerator but no microwave, in the room or the entire hotel, to reheat your food. So you are forced to buy food everyday which adds up. Such an inconvenience.
