We stayed in 2 separate Valley Tower rooms with a view of the Sphere. This was an upgrade, and I was told these rooms are "nicer" than the Mountain Tower rooms. While I am unsure of the differences, I can absolutely say that the Valley Tower rooms were very nice. The rooms varied slightly by floor, but were very clean, well-maintained and stylish. They included a full wall-sized window with views of the Sphere and the High Roller, which was a very lovely view at night. Many mirrors which help to make the room feel bigger as well. I will say the rooms need more outlets, and some of the outlets provided (i.e.: the ones in the lamps) were VERY loose and not useable. We all found the pillows to be terrible and the beds uncomfortable, but that can just be personal preference. The showers did not have a full closeable door, just a glass wall half-way across the shower. This is certainly an interesting choice as water gets out of the shower very easily. I am also not a fan of the barndoor-style bathroom doors, but many hotels seem to be going this route. The staff was helpful and the resort is decent. It is certainly lacking in amenities like quality food options, but we went next door to the Linq and Linq Promenade every day to make up for this. Great location central to the strip! We saw 2 shows in Harrah's itself, and they were great. Highly recommend MJ Live and Donny! Would stay again for sure.

El servicio es excelente, pero deberían de arreglar la ducha del baño. Cuando uno se baña se hace un reguero de agua en el piso por que se sale completamente de la ducha. Hablé con varias que nos quedamos ahí y todas tenían la misma queja.
