The common areas on the first floor were ridiculously loud--music blaring everywhere. People smoking everywhere too. This is one reason we sought breakfast at other venues after a few tries on site. The smoke was horrible. In our room, there was mold at sink and in shower. Our shower had a used washcloth flung over the shower head when we arrived. Other than its convenient location, I can see no reason to ever stay here again.

Pillows had the feathers sticking out and would poke me throughout the night. The shower with the “cool design” half door SUCKS!!!!! You would think water would splash all over the floor. But because the water pressure is so low it does not even reach the back wall. So don’t worry about water getting everywhere.

The staff was nice but our bed was as sinking on one side, was super uncomfortable so they gave us another room which was actually a downgrade from the room we had. They did give us $50 food credit which was nice but the experience left us a little upset and disappointed in the experience. Also the hot water smelt like sulfur rotten egg in the shower.

The property is great.. sitting area table 2 chairs, clean everything, no smell. reason for not giving 5 stars is the garage exit. It took 1hr to get out of parking structure because there was a river of water caused by the rain, no one there to control traffic. Day 2 it took 40min because the exit booth wasn't working properly. I Called the property attendant to help, they said they were working on it. Harrah's is connected to the link and the link to the Flamingo. 5min walked over to the front of Bellagio to see the New Year fireworks.

The room was good not sure if it was New Years that people didn’t sleep we heard a lot of fighting and banging on doors it was horrible. I will have to pick another hotel for my next visit
