Room was very small, not very clean and smelled old. Air vents were flithy and shower had hair all over.Housekeeping did not show up during our stay. Walls are paper thin so it was hard to sleep and bed was super uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was poor and was not worth the money. Will not stay here again given that there are similarly priced options on the strip that are better maintained.

The hotel looks lovely until get into details. Bedroom had no fridge, no glasses, a wardrobe open in the bathroom, a tv that cut out randomly. And worst of all the downstairs area including food areas stank of smoke as people as smoke and the air system isn’t able to cope

Just ok

Bed was more towards the hard side. The bed was made up of flat sheets. Some had holes and small stains. No bedspread just another sheet. Also all of the plugs on the one side of the bed were broken. Our dresser had seen better days. I booked a king they tried to put us in two queens. Kept saying it was an upgrade.

I stolen two my cell phone I reported right away to the security team Slow & no solution I lost in slot machine section There are lot of camera Nothing help Terrible Lost & found woker worst of the worst

I've stayed at this property for 3 consecutive years now and found that it's maintained the same level of mediocrity. It is a value, for sure, on the strip and very convenient however.

I have stayed at Harrah’s several times over the years, and the staff is always friendly and helpful and my room is more comfortable than others I’ve had on the Strip. The dining options are also convenient.
