The fire pit next to the guesthouse is a great place to watch the stars at night.
The historical towns of Intercourse and Strasburg offer tourist attractions.

We experienced exactly what we wanted away from the hotel and faster pace of the city. It is a wonderful older family farm setting in every way and we totally enjoyed it. The hosts are wonderful folks and we were close enough to the sites and sounds we came to see. We would gladly recommend this to anyone who also is flexible and looking for a more down to earth atmosphere

The apartment was very comfortable and was as shown in the pictures. The setting was quiet and we enjoyed the closeness of the farm animals. We ventured into Philadelphia as well as stopping by Valley Forge. Randy and Wilma were great hosts and we enjoyed the fresh bread for breakfast.

Had a wonderful time. Everything was just as listed. So enjoyed being greeted by brownies, fresh eggs, milk and a loaf of bread. The lodging was very clean. Wilma was a great host, she came out to greet us when we arrived and we chatted for a while about our families. Very clean apartment, well stocked with everything we needed. There was fresh milk, eggs, homemade bread and muffins there for us to enjoy. Peaceful farm setting- a wonderful place to stay!!

The Lapp family were one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had. Such care taken in providing the right atmosphere for rest and relaxation. Only got to stay for 1 night while I'm the area for work. It was very cold outside, but so nice to walk into a toasty warm apartment! The fire pit area and porch looked lovely... Would be nice to stay again when we could enjoy it more. Fresh cookies, bread, milk...all a comfort when away from home for work!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Randy and Wilma’s VRBO! From the moment we arrived, their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. The fresh bread, brownies, eggs, and milk were such thoughtful touches and made our mornings extra special.We loved the simple amenities of the property—it was the perfect setting to relax and unwind without any distractions. Out of the hustle and bustle but close to attractions, restaurants etc. Randy and Wilma are wonderful hosts and it was nice knowing they could be reached easily if any problems. Our stay at Fountain Hill Farm was everything we could ask for. Check in was easy. The kitchen was stocked. The location was great, the house was very clean and we enjoyed meeting the hosts. They were very nice, attentive and helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat. The homemade bread and brownies were delicious!! A perfect little getaway for our 5 year anniversary. Beautiful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful and queit stay on this farm. It has all that you need plus Wilma provided fresh eggs, homemade bread, milk and a treat. We love coming here because it is so peaceful. It's incredible to wake up and see the cows munching grass outside your window. Morning coffee on the porch is truly a blessing. The farm is about 20 minutes from Sight and Sound Theatre and Lancaster. There are many wonderful opportunities to enjoy Mennonite and Amish farms and stores. Recommend Huckleberry's Restaurant for dining located at Fulton Steamboat Inn.
