Like that they had a door magnet so you can bring your suitcases in and have the door opened, also the key hole cover is a nice touch. Free parking, clean room, lots of plugs, bath mat for tub, soaps and shampoos, good variety of goods at breakfast and workers were very helpful. Front desk was friendly also. Gave us free water in our room. Bed was soft, pillows were not comfortable too soft. Noise from road if room is in front. Need security on back parking lot. Like this hotel close to everything, shopping, restaurants etc. Would recommend this hotel

Excellent stay. The young lady at the front desk (sorry, didn't get her name) was friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a waffle station, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy. We were only in town for one night for a concert at American Music Theater and location was just a minute down the street. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Lancaster.

Our second time at this hotel, the rooms are extremely spacious, great for couples or families. The hospitality shown at the front desk and housekeeping was outstanding! But what impressed us the most, is we did have a couple issues with our room. Nothing that could not be solved. The management handled it with efficiency and were very accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely return when in the Lancaster area.

This was my first time at Parkview but I’ll definitely be back. The breakfast options were great- even chipped beef on toast! 24/7 free hot chocolate, coffee and flavored water. Staff was courteous, even when I needed to change my room (I don’t sleep well by the elevator). Large Pool and hot tub were very nice and not crowded. The suite was lovely, with a large desk, full living room, double sinks in the bathroom.
