Dirty room, grungy jacuzzi, dirty pool, super uncomfortable bed. Insanely loud heater. No towels, bad food, rude service… first impression at checkin was great. Everything else was disappointing.

We stayed at the Garden of Eden and we were very happy with the entire setup. We had a nice relaxing stay. It was nice to reconnect with my husband. Will do it again soon.

Room was stark and outdated. Customer service was poor and room didn’t have heat for the first 6 hours. No where on there site does it state that you should brimg your own wood for the fireplace or get over charged for their wood. We called for extra blankets because if how cold it was in the room and they never came. We went to bed with all our clothes on because it was so cold, not my idea of romance.

The heat was not on when we got there it was freezing. The shower was all moldy under the bed the flooring was soft you could fall through if you stood on it.

There is potential in this beautiful place. My first experience was just not what I was thinking. First of all, I paid to have the room set up upon arrival and it wasn’t done. I called to ask and was told there wasn’t anyone to set it up and the team work a certain time. It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband when we arrive so now he is aware of it. This took the surprise aspect away. We have to leave the room the next day and give them time to set it up. Also when we arrive in the room there was no towels or washcloths. They say the were short staff. I would go back another time just to see if the experience would be better. The idea of the place is wonderful.
