Some things need fixing and updating, but overall,we loved our time and pretty much ,all the staff from servers to bartenders to hosts to reception were extremely welcoming. We have now stayed at the now closed picono palace, cove haven. And hope to visit paradise stream next chance we have. Or go back to cove haven just for yhe staff !!

Quiet and relaxing with plenty of wildlife around.

One of the best rooms ever gotten on the property. Even the hot tub was clean and not leaving black everywhere when it ran this time. Several exterior defect like missing soffit where birds have made nests don’t really take away anything from the rooms or property. Food was decent (small portions) on Saturday but the exact same order on Sunday was twice the size for exact same items. Several of the games at their center were down due to being broken per staff but the others were still available inside as something to do. Outside like the rest of the year multiple deer would be found roaming the property including trying to eat from your hand as you tried to get food out of the bag. Place is still very walkable with my watch having marked 0.49 walking from one end of the property to the other while exploring. There is free transportation available simply by calling on property as well if you are unable to walk around.

Cove Haven yes is wonderful inside the cabin except when using the hot tub theres no hot water, when you call about the hot water it was fixed but went right back to be cold asap.. showers was also cold. Pool was warm and nice but the hot tub in the champagne tower sweet was a disappointment..

The experience was great, room was clean. The area could use more of an update as well as the rooms. Sauna was not working properly. Only able to use jacuzzi and swim in the pool. Not really many activities during the winter time, might be more beneficial to go during peak season.

Me and my partner had a great experience. The food was good and the employees were friendly. The only thing I complain a lil bit about is the service to the room. I ordered prior to my arrival some strawberries covered in choc, and they said they were already in my room, they were not. I was expecting this to be in my room when I arrived. I called the front desk and they were delivered after an hour. The person who dropped it off, went into our room after we have left for dinner. I didn’t like the idea of someone going in to my room without us being present.

Nice little getaway

I was a bit worried after i read reviews. But we had a petty good experience. They were definitely short handed. Its a little out dated but that disnt matter to us. They should update their flyers and menus. Spoonwra mwnu said bottled beer but they had cans. Book in room stated there was a movie rental service but when i called the desk to find out how to access it i was told they sont have it anymore. We would go back but maybe during spring or fall when we can enjoy more outdoor activities.

It was in a pretty area. The deer were friendly. The only issue we had was we had no towels and it took hours to get them. We called 3 tines for them We almost missed our dinner reservations.
